Skyler is not friendly at all, and shouldn't work at the counter with customers. I walked up and said hi....crickets...said hi again and he looked away to talk to another worker. Food was fine...i just didn't like his unprofessionalism.
I put in an order online as I was working and wanted to be a fast as possible for pick up. When I arrived my food wasn't ready and they hadn't got my online order. The cashier who helped me named Moe was extremely nice, she went above and beyond to make it right. I was rude at first as I was frustrated but she easily made me feel welcome and got my food ordered. She gave me a free drink while I waited for the hassle. Excellent customer service. Favorite employee at this joint. Thank you moe, you're amazing.
They have a stupid call center that knows nothing about the rules here in oroville. I asked if they would have enough change for a $50 bill because that's all I have, (and I said a fifty dollar bill) which I was told yes. well the do have changes for it but they do not expect $50 bills. (because of all the low lifes doing counter fits.) which I understand if it was not for me asking about my $50 bill. send it back at 9:30 at night . Not cool not happy don't know if I will order again.
