Went to granddaughters Birthday Party there. Pozza was good, customer service was great & we will do.it again!
Slow! Only people in there, and didn't recieve our full order. Couldn't figure out how to do a credit card charge, took 4 people! Really really Slow.
Every time I come here they have the most horrible customer service and am always waiting to be served the cashier was rude. The pizza is good but I'd definitely call for a delivery rather than wasting your time with the unprofessional staff that works here

The manager named allen is very rude and unprofessional. Placed an order online. When my boyfriend went to pick it up... he said there was no order in my name. So I called and asked why when I received a confirmation email and he said "oh I canceled the order cause I didn't understand the order. Tried to call you but your phone said it was disconnected " how is my phone disconnected if I'm talking to him on it? He then tells me that I can replace the order and come back to pick it up. I told him I couldn't go back and would like it delivered for free.. he told me no and hung up on me. I've never had such rude management treat me that way n4. Will never step foot in pizza Hut again. And urge others not to either.
