Had many pizzas there tonights large Everest was amazing

I placed my order at 5:41 for cheese bread sticks, boneless bbq wings, a one trip salad, and a drink. After waiting a half hour and watching two parties that ordered after me get their orders I went up to the counter and waited for someone to come into view so I could ask the status of my order. Immediately when the lady working in back came into view she grabbed my order of bread sticks and brought them over. I asked how long the rest of my order would be and she said a few minutes. Another 13 minutes went by and still I had no pizza or wings. Again I had to get up and ask where my food was. Again as soon as they saw me they grabbed my order and brought it to my table. I made a point to ask where my boneless wings were and was told "they will be out in just a moment." Another 10 minutes go by and still no wings. When asked where they were to another worker the reply was totally different. "They have not even been put in." At least that lady was honest with me. she gave me a refund for the wings and after 53 minutes of crappy service and a night soured we left. The one honest worker can't excuse the rest of the experience and I didn't get the one thing that I wanted. The honest worker should get a raise and be looked at for promotion, there obviously needed to be either more people, more productive people, a manager on the clock, or a combo of all three. Never the less me and my wife won't be spending our money at this Mountain Mikes again. I'm going to Pizza Hut on my lunch tomorrow to get the wings I wanted.
worst mountain mikes ever been to the wait staff and managers are so rude the food is old toppings give u heartburn and its not worth the $ so many other pizza places out there
Although it's a little pricey, the ambience is nice with a very clean restaurant and food that is worth the price you are paying. We will be coming back.
The lady just flat out hung up on me after I told her it was my first time ever ordering from their establishment because I'm on vacation and I asked what specials they had going and got a dial tone
