I made an appointment one week in advance to have my head gasket removed and replaced, Stevo's told me it would be a 7 day job. I showed up for my scheduled appointment on time and just before I left the shop Steve asked me for a $400 deposit on the job which is very strange in the Mechanics business. I gave the $400 in spite of my better judgment and went home feeling rather uncomfortable. Just before I lest the shop Steve said that the job would take 7-10 days. I called Steve-o's back 7 days later to check in and Steve had not even begun to work on my car.
This shop does not do what they say. don't trust them. Very disappointing experience.
