Great place with great people! I went in to get my mom's car looked at. After inspection i was told that the brakes were really bad and needed to be fixed. Without hesitation, Brenda Dirks (I'm assuming she is the owner?) Offered me a ride home. She is such a sweet lady! She even picked me back up to get the car after it was finished the next day! Love this shop and I will definitely be come back here in the future for all of my car services!!
They call when they say they will. Brenda gave us a ride wherever we needed in Oroville. She's super sweet. They fixed a simple problem on r car which we thought was going to b expensive, for free. Who does that? They do. Love them & will definitely go back to them for r future auto needs. We highly recommend them.
Worst place ever! Cannot diagnose problems, ridiculous prices for parts, and rude customer service. I personally spent thousands of dollars to fix a problem that was misdiagnosed several times. Had my vehicle towed to the dealership after Dirk's could not fix it after several months. The dealership had a diagnosis within 24 hours and it was done with a final bill of $700, while Dirk's cost me almost $4,000 in unnecessary repairs.
Competent, expert repairs/service. My family has taken our cars to them since the early 70's. Brenda, Drew, and Doug the owner couldn't be nicer. If needed, will give you a ride home and pick you up when repairs are finished. Also fix motor homes, farm equipment, classic cars.
