Only go to this place if you don't need your vehicle done in a timely manner.
It has now been over 1 week since they said they said the work would be completed and it still has yet to be finished, just more excuses!
They did agreat job on all the stuff they did on my baby.i recommend them to any one.a good mechanic is so hard to find,with out getting ripped off.thank you alex,joe and everyone that worked on my car.
Has been in buisness for years and to my knowledge has treated people fairly. Nice facility and nice employees. Once I had a problem with a part failing multiple times (4) and Joe and his crew always made it right. Was awful to have it happen again and again. But to have a shop stand behind their work and find a fix was awesome. At "NO" additional cost too! Thanks Joe's Auto and Truck Repair!
Don't go here if you need your vehicle worked on in a timely manner. My mother brought her RV here to have some work done on the motor and they held it hostage for days and kept on giving us excuses everyday as to why it wasn't completed. They told her originally that they would be able to complete all the work and have it done in 2 days. 2 days after bringing it in she calls and they said there was an issue and it would not be done until the next day. The next day it was still not ready and they said they had to send the manifold off for repair and assured us that it would be ready in 1 more day because the manifold would be done, next day - still not ready, they said they there was a delay and the manifold didn't get delivered, but it would be ready on Monday for sure (this was on Friday). On Monday, guess what, still not ready, they had some excuse that their technician was sick and could not work on it.
Do not go here
I was charged 500 dollars for something they never did, way over priced, huge mistake going here, if you want something actually done right go somewhere else. I was really surprised because I went here off of the great reviews that I read. They basically stole my money
I have found a car repair shop I can Trust!! Always honest, not pushy in extra recommendations, just sensitive to my needs on my vehicle and let me know that they want whats best for me and my car. I would recommend this shop to all!!
