Mostly a Magic Card Gaming store, they have held group game nights and whatnot, it's pretty chill, they don't have a lot of things in stock, but if you ask him to order it, he will have it waiting for you as soon as it comes in. Pretty cool.
Completely unprofessional with new customers and even worse with existing customers. Horrible cash handling, do not give him more that what the product costs, you may or may not get proper change. First time walking in there I could tell that the only reason people were playing there because he is the only place in town.
As a business owner myself, I was completely appalled by his actions.
Rude. Absolutely rude. Trash talks other businesses to anyone who will listen. I will never return to this store and recommend others avoid it. There are plenty of other businesses in the county that offer what they sell.
Marks a good guy. Ive been goin' there to play card games since like 2012. The selection of Magic packs there is a tad lacking, but that's not his fault. The Magic Grab Bags are also p. good for a dollar. The people at tournaments are friendlier than most; they seem to enjoy the game beyond winning instantly.
Called looking for some modeling clay, which they don't stock. They offered to order it for me, and suggested two nearby stores that would have it.
Seems like they got their customer service straightened out, it was a pleasant experience.
