Very helpful and friendly staff at all Petco locations. Most of their products are pricey though.
Usually my here is fine, Pleasant and smooth all around , but today I was quite annoyed. Even though the store was busy , I had an employee go to the bathroom same time as me and decide to start cleaning it non-stop until just right after I left the bathroom then they decided to leave too. I find that rather annoying cuz I like privacy when I go to the bathroom and I just don't see why they only would clean it until a minute after I left the room , so it was kind of suspicious to me , I felt pretty offended like they were watching me , and there was no reason for that. Disappointed. Put back my items I was going to buy today and left.
Employees are always willing to help customers find the products they're looking for and give them information. Petco has an excellent dog trainer here where you can bring your dog for socialization and training. This is a full-service pet store including grooming for your pets.
Service and selection is okay, but prices are far too unreasonable..if these national chains want to remain in business during the internet/online shopping age, they need to start becoming more competitive with their prices…
Bought 2 fish there now my tank has ick, and petco does not have the medicine for it. They will not take the fish back unless they are dead!
