Back of facility is WIDE OPEN with no fence in high crime/drug area.
The on site manager Rob is friendly, polite and professional. Gave me a great rate on a 10×10 unit.
Law enforcement advised against using this storage facility.
Pavement falling apart...There is a huge sink hole right after you enter the gates where the asphalt has all pushed out the side...Blocking the doors to the first couple of units. No fence across the very back corner which backs a wooded area (they had "plans" to fix it) drainage for storms I'd bad, just drains to a lower level of unit's, and those flood. Staff changes constantly and the current manager is rather rude.
StorSmart insurance company was excellent, however.
Unsafe; unit was burglarized twice. NO SECURITY CAMERAS.
Worst company I've ever dealt with IN MY LIFE. My mom passed away and they made it near impossible to get in to her storage unit. Even after I had the proper documentation, they still tried to tell me it wasn't enough until I told them I'd contacted 2 lawyers who said I had everything I needed. Victoria, the manager was literally the rudest person I've ever had to deal with. Zero empathy for the fact that i had just lost my mom and acted so extremely put out to work with me. There are tons of storage companies out there and my advice to you is steer clear of this one!
We've been there for years. The security is good. The draw back is during the rain one of our units gets water inside and the cement grows some sort of white fuzz
