Great place to live close to fishing people are great here in the thermalito Oroville area and not to mention close to a thousand places to camp ❤
A pretty and quiet park filled with nice people. Laundry room on site. Plenty of bright street lights at night to deter shady characters.
I lived in the park for about 2 years. It is very quiet, and I have always felt safe and comfortable there. The people are nice and friendly and the manager works hard to keep everyone happy. I work nights and have never felt unsafe leaving and coming, etc.
