Managers are a joke and if you have children don't rent here. Kids can't even be kids. The management enforces rules when they want to and who the want to but won't follow them themselves. Shoot I have been waiting over a month for my deposit back.
I would like to live there with a friend or two if you guys have a trailor for rent for me and a couple other people until I move to some where. I know a few people that lives there. I can ownly afford $400 a month.
Rent too high
I've been here for almost a year and i love it ! The manager and her husband are amazing. Every time I have an issue or something is broken. They come to fix it right away. I've never had an issue. The park is always clean.. everyone minds there own business. I would recommend everyone to apply here..
