I have had a unit at this location for a few years now. I've been late but have always called and kept in contact. When they switched to istorage I have had nothing but a horrible experience. Rebecca is rude, unprofessional, both ladies are always late returning from lunch breaks. I do not recommend this storage facility.
I actually called the istorage across town which didn't have any available storages in the size I needed. The gentleman who answered checked availability at the thermalito facility which had a 10x30 for $99, almost half of what other facilities we're charging. The young lady who works at the thermalito facility was very friendly and helpful and I was set up in no time. This was helpful, after moving 400 miles to find out the house I was supposed to get wasn't ready, I needed storage fast. Thanks again.
Convenient location & budget friendly for my family. My husband and I have been renting from this facility for more years than I can remember (10 years, I believe!) and the manager, Shelli, is very friendly, is always in a happy mood & always there for you. We feel secure renting from American Self Storage. They have electronic gates, recorded video surveillance, bright lighting, convenient office hours & facility times. Best all around. I would definitely recommend AMERICAN SELF STORAGE! P.S. Today 10-3-14, I just rented our 2nd unit from Shelli. Thank You Shelli for making the experience so easy!
The office manager becka, VERY VERY RUDE, CONDESENDING, AND UNPROFESSIONAL..i myself think she should be fired..she treated my sister like crap..she was confrontational..and just all around bad for business..I wouldnt have someone like that representing my business if i was the owner..
The management is friendly amd courteous. I have never had a problem and I've benn there for 3 years
