Someone was able to use my name to make a reservation and then rent a uhaul and tow dolly all under my name and I wasn't even there. All the person needs to rent was my name. My being a female and the person renting being a male, well I think that should've raised a red flag somewhere and at least required me to be there to complete the transaction.
The people there really nice helped me wonderfully.
The place is infested with rodents and when we told management they basically gave us traps and sent us on our way and that was it! Very disappointed
