Couldn’t even make it through the night soon as we turn off the lights we got infested with bed bugs and roaches very disgusting asked for our money back but they only gave us half. CALLING HEALTH DEPARTMENT !!!!!!! Freaking disgusting
Do not stay here!!! Worst hotel ever! We found a cockroach in the room and went to tell the owner and she said it was normal that they came from the drains. I showed her a picture. The room was dirty (I also took a picture). She refused to refund us, we paid cash. I took a picture and no where does it say they don't issue refunds.
If I could I would give this place 0 stars I would!! HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! COCKROACHES AND BED BUGS! Very unprofessional and ghetto. I left with bits all over my body pretty disgusting if you think about it. I'm pretty easy going and understanding, but this was the WORST experience I have encountered, and I've had to stay at some pretty bad places and this place is by far the WORST!! So if you want to wake up with bites on you and the best part was the maid just walking in our room without knocking then by all means go for it. Just horrible!!!
Not very professional, when we arrived s guy told us to goto the window then just talked on the phone. No one was in the office so we just stood out in 100+ weather for 5 minutes till he came back by. Checked us in and acted like we were an annoyance. Woman out side sweeping the parking lot at 530 in the morning. Cleaning rooms early and ignoring our do not disturb sign.
Rooms are nice but service is awful! Room service person will come and disturb you before 11am! She will open doors if you don't answer! You are expected to pay if you want to stay til 11am, which is checkout time. Management there is rude! It was the second time I stayed there and service was still rude as ever! First time is forgiveful...but a second time with this unprofessional service... Never checking in at that place again! Was not worth the price I paid for!
