The line was long and I had both my kids. A gentlemen came out from the back and offered to help me. Was fast and nice. Love my bank.
Always fast, Always friendly. Just a great place to do your banking. I have been with them for about 10 years, and have NEVER had a problem with anything.
I find that having Wells Fargo in Raley's is very convenient. I often am able to combine my grocery shopping with a trip to the bank.
Jim is amazing. You know when he's working with you that they're really taking care of your money and your money's future. Every teller was awesome and friendly. Never any nonsense or obviously fake smiles.
This location is well staffed, so waits are typically very short. There is hardly ever a line for the ATMs as well, so if you don't need a teller's assistance, your visit will be that much faster.
The staff has always been very helpful. Never have had to wait very long for a teller. It is a full-service Bank. There is a super secret room full of people in the back. LOL!
