Notary showed up and was passive aggressively rude and condescending, as she expected the customer to be late so it was therefore okay to take a late lunch.
My parents went out of their way to get here on time for a notary worrying they would be late and the notary was very late anyway. This would take be so bad except I had my trip rushed, too and forgot numerous important things I needed for my trip.
