There is now a new owner of this business. Extremely, RUDE, not very pleasant to speak with. Wow, how can you call yourself a business owner with a "mouth" like that?
I went in today to get my cat groomed and the older lady at the counter was very rude and told me she couldn't do the haircut I wanted for my persian cat. Her whole body language and her attitude was enough to make me never go back. She was very unprofessional. I will now go on the better business Bureau and write a review on there as well. If I'm paying a place to groom my cat which has been groomed since he was a kitten then I should be able to ask for my cat to get a 7 blade on his body with a 5 blade for his neck blended in. Not to be told it's a 10 blade everywhere or nothing, then to have the older lady walk away from me with an attitude in the middle of me talking to her

I love this place they are so good with my dog. They aim to please they're customers. Human and canines. Kitty's too!!!
