And really the only other big change was effective this month, the prices were raised across the board for storage rentals. I haven't looked into it yet to see how competitive they are now or IF they even still are. Either way, I'm not going anywhere (until we get our house) bcuz a)moving is a big enough pain in the butt and b)the management really is THAT GOOD! lol
I like this storage place, but I think it was better prior to the current ownership taking over earlier this year. Either way, I truly believe that what makes this place such a success is the onsite manager, Michael (if memory serves me right lol). He's always been more than accommodating with all of our storage needs & is just downright friendly. He is always willing to work with u whenever possible & doesn't make u feel like u are a bother. For me, that's a huge plus, to talk to a friendly face each month when it's time to pay the bill (NOT on my fave list, with good reason-- I pay for 2 of their FULL SIZE 20x20 units every month
The manager is a wonderful man, with high expectations for himself and others. High security installed this year and he is also military trained to handle tough situations. I definitely feel my belongings are safe for once in a storage facility!

Good customer quality satisfaction. Friendly atmosphere. Well gated secure storage facility that is kept well clean. I know my stuff is secure when I choose to leave it there.
I just hope that there are no further big changes imposed by the corporate folks who now own this facility. Off the top of my head, the things they have mandated: ALL UNITS MUST CARRY RENTERS INSURANCE, MANDATORY. Now for some ppl, this might be a deal breaker bcuz let's face it, when it comes to storage, every single penny counts & renters insurance can be costly. Homeowners may get a break in this regard tho bcuz many homeowner insurance policies cover this as a rider on the policy (I'm fortunate to be covered as such).
Did I mention how secure this facility is? Well it's great. Across town I've been hearing of other facilities having unexplainable breaches in security resulting in huge losses for the customers. You won't find any of that here! Plus there are security cams everywhere. Nice n secure!!
