I can’t speak for anyone else that works in this city hall, but I can tell you that Louis Tappete gives unashamedly awful service. I recently needed a specific type of permit that required coordinating with him and his department. He never returned any of my calls or emails and when he said he was going to email me some very vital information I needed he never did. And when I did get in contact with him it was pretty clear he was not interested in helping or doing anything to assist in the permit process for me, but on the contrary was trying to hinder and create obstacles for me. Pretty sad that a city government office, which is SUPPOSED to serve and facilitate activities (business and otherwise) within the city, hires unprofessional people like this who clearly do not care about doing their job.
