80% of the washers and dryers we're out of order, one of the washers that I used to not spin my clothes so they were soaking wet, and there was no one there to get refunds!!!
Pretty much every washer/dryer in this laundromat is out of service. DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY!
Very poor service.... Only a few machines work properly and my clothes were not washed properly...Very poor customer service also, person on site would not help .....
Awful, awful place. Our family did use this laundromat for a few months because I do like that its kind of tucked away from everything, and the kids can run around. Unfortunately, it's a total tweeker palace and horrifically dirty. It's like doing laundry for Satan in the depths of hell. No restroom, the change machine never has change, half the machines and dryers are out of order. There's nowhere safe to sit..the floors are putrid. Dead bugs everwhere! I've been doing my laundry in Chico for a while now... the place I found is like a vacation in sheaven.... free wifi, plenty of solid, sturdy seating, change machine is always loaded ...all machines work, all the time.. well worth driving to Chico to do laundry.
It's ..... okay. There are a lot of washers and dryers that are out of order. The change machine was out of order. It was so dirty when I first arrived, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in at least a week but someone came and cleaned up while I was there. I'm not sure if I happened to be there during the weekly cleaning or if had just been used by a bunch of slobs. The machines that did work got my clothes clean though and that's my major requirement so all-in-all, I'll be returning again while I'm in town.
