If only I can give this place a negative star, I would. Service is horrible. Everytime we come here it takes more than 4 hours to see a doctor. Very unorganized and it seems like they take on more patients than they can handle. Meaning, they just want more money. The wait time is ridiculous!
If I could give negative stars, I would. I went in for a shot I get weekly from my regular doctor but he was on vacation, so they sent me here to get it. But they refused to give the same dosage or even the same administer location as my regular doctor. They tried to give me a higher dose and when I refused the nurse refused to give it at all. They are not my doctor, if they cant follow his order then why should medi-cal even pay them at all???
Not any better then the hospital itself. Prepare to wait. If you have an emergency due yourself a favor and drive to Enloe in Chico.
