Not reliable, don't do what they say. Purchased something and had to run in circles just to receive the item. Good mattress prices, but with the hassle and inconvenience I should of just spent the extra money to buy a mattress from a different store. Completely unprofessional. This will be my last purchase with this store.

The delivery guys are very fast. Likely due to so many deliveries. Was going to offer ice cold water bottles but they were already gone.
Went up and spoke with a guy, didn't get his name but he had a gap in an eyebrow, and told him i was pregnant waiting sleeping on my floor and he guarenteed HE personally would make sure it was delivered. He did.
Delivery takes a little longer than you're told at purchasing but it's easy to understand why. They need another truck. Lol.
Can't wait to go back for sports chair i want to get next.
Changing my review, ordered a power frame and queen mattress set. I was told he would've order on Monday, I purchased on Sunday. Called on Tuesday as instructed to get estimated time of delivery. He hadn't ordered it yet. Called and called to get a delivery date, no answer. I went down there, waited to be served. We we're told Monday or Tuesday of next week. Waited until Tuesday to call, called every hour for 5 hours. Finally got a person, I left 5 messages, no call back. Still no frame, offered the floor model, declined. So still waiting. Going in, service was great, getting what you paid for not so much. Personally I will never buy from them again.
Very helpful staff. Helped me find the best deal and the best item for my family. Had details off the top of their head on the materials and styles of mattresses. I'll definitely return when I furnish my new home. Thank you so much :)
If your company happens to read this, you could drastically improve your service if you actually delivered at the time and date you say, instead of giving people the run around. Be honest and professional or let someone else run your company for you!
