Don't offer a service if you are not going to do it !! I call in the morning to send flowers to my wife and they said that it would be delivered in their morning run , I said as long it gets there before three o'clock it would be ok !! Julie employee that works there said that if is not in morning it would be there by 2pm . At 2:15pm I call my wife and since she never said nothing I call the flower shop and the first thing out of her mouth when I asked was ""yes they were delivered "" she calls me back at 3:37 and says that they were not delivered bc my wife was not at work!! So not only they never delivered the flower but the charge me and lie !!! This place sucks
Very helpful over the phone. The clerk even helped me word a sympathy note. I really appreciated her kind and cheerful manner. $44.51 (including tax) for an azalea plant - delivered. I don't know if that is typical for other Oroville florists, but it seems well worth it to me!
