I planned on getting him completely put under for his dental work because he is deathly afraid of needles. it usually takes 3 people to hold him down for a shot. However, she reashured me they stand up to their name gentle dentistry and it's so true. She distracted him and did it so well that he had no idea she even given him the shot. AMAZING! ! Our son has had a second appointment for a couple cavities and he still didn't feel the needle so it wasn't just a fluke.
Everyone at Oroville Gentle Dental is absolutely amazing!! They were beyond helpful with my treatment plan, and incredibly patient with me trying to figure out the best way to deal with insurance options. I would defiant recommended them!!
I wish we weren't moving out of town because my whole family would go there from now on if we could. I can't say enough to describe how impressed I am with everyone. Great job guys! My son loves getting dental work done after going here, when he was scared in the past. Now that's impressive.
We changed dental insurance, so we came to Oroville Gentle Dentistry. Dr. Catalina Madrigal was fantastic, explained everything in a manner I could understand, very kind. The whole office from the staff at the desk to the Doctors where so friendly and professional. My wife and I are so happy we switched dentist! We didn't release how far behind our old dentist was until we experienced Oroville Gentle Dentistry! Thank you all staff and Dr. Madrigal, you are all just the best hands down...thank you

The staff is always super friendly and professional. The longest wait time I have had to be seen was ten minutes. My whole family comes here. I started bringing my daughter here when she was 1, and they were patient with her and didn't force her into anything. She loves coming to the dentist and having her teeth cleaned.
We brought our 5 year old with a broken tooth. They got him in for a consult within a day and was able to do over an hour of work that same visit. This is unheard of in that industry. Also, the staff was friendly and the female dentist who treated him is a miracle worker.
