got to probate court house on time and when i looked at the documents it had no room number for my moms hearing i finally found out the room number and ran to the room sat down 10 min late and afterwards 3 hour's the judge was about to leave the room so i asked him about my mom he told me that i he already gave this lady Cheryl Tyree to be the executor well thats all f ? up becuse my moms wishes were not to have probate. bad disrespectful and unjust he showed no sympathy or never offerd any condolance he was basicaly saying f you to my face and flipping my house and now he's collecting money from my moms hard working money and now there even saying i have to move out of my house that i lived in for 28 years i helped build this house with my mother my sister is the one behind all this though but
Had court a 830 am waited over 3 hours to be called while everyone else was called they have no order when calling cases this needs to be adressed
Why isn't there a negative scale? The absolute worst, most corrupt govt agency in this country! If I had an arch enemy I'd probably bail him out of this cluster f$$k. Not ty of mention officers that transfered from Mayberry with a Velcro red-neck collar, still no body Cams or access to public cameras that were put in 6 yrs ago got five hundred thousand dollars bought a swat truck and a bomb robot. The randomly murder someone at least four times a year lead detectives make dates with underage kids, and often illegally enter homes, steal belongings, don't follow protocol for female inmates and the first ? They ask regardless of weather you r at church or at there mom's mattress outlet! They already got money to fix the dam but spent it on penis extensions, but lost em in each other's asses. Can't even be decent to veterans seniors or children, shot my homeboys dog and didn't even offer a simple sorry(the bullet bullet passed thru the front wall 4 inches above a sleeping teen! This department can't pour piss out of a boot with instructions on the heel!
First, I hate the new webpage. Now it's harder to get the info you want. Calling there is a waste of your time to get someone who knows anything. They'll put you on hold to get transferred to the right place, if you're lucky. The public files are just that, "public" and available in every other CA county I've checked. So, why now is Butte county so hard to ask questions, access public records, or even records of cases you are a part of? There's NEVER enough room for people to sit in the courtrooms, especially in Chico. The service desk is a nightmare unless you're only there to paying a ticket or 1-2 other departments. Long waits for small claims, family law, or probate. If you fall into the any other option, you may wait a long, long time for help. Monday mornings and early afternoons seem to be the least busy. Do everything you can to avoid being there on Thursday afternoons!
