I recently purchased my 9th vehicle from Oroville Toyota and just like the last 8 time it was a GREAT experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend them for all your vehicle need. GREAT PLACE
Their parts department and part manager were extremely unhelpful. I purchased a battery from them and put it in, only to find that it did not fit correctly. I took the battery back in to return and they said because I had "installed" it that they would not return the battery. They offered no help and we rude to my wife the first time she tried to return the battery. I spoke with Jeff (parts manager) on the phone and he offered no help and customer service was completely absent. I will not be using Oroville Toyota for anything again because of this.
Knowing pretty much what I wanted, I bought a new 2017 Prius Prime with no pressure and good information, finishing well after dealer closing. Ask for Corey!
Rewriting my review just got my car back after at least 10 months its been sitting there an wow was it gross I took video before I took it in an when I got it back it was gross they didn't wash it an it has dings all over the paint an there was dirt heavy dirt on inside of my window like they left window open or something ill never go back ill take my cars other places to get work done even the oil changes , good job on losing good customer an we were going to buy couple new cars not now thanks .
